Outcome Mapping
A three-day workshop that will introduce the basic principles of Outcome Mapping, with particular emphasis on their application to the planning phase of development projects and programs, with reference to the relevance of these steps for the monitoring and evaluation of changes in the behavior of those involved.
Designed for program managers, desk officers and field staff from social-environmental change, international cooperation agencies, funding agencies, and others who are looking for effective ways to plan, monitor, and evaluate the dynamics of change in the complex environments in which they work.
